We need to obtain personal information like name, address, phone numbers, bank account details (for sponsorship) so that we can perform some of the services we offer.
These services may include boarding pets at Jirrahlinga, contacting us about sick and injured animals, competitions & sponsorship.
We take measures to ensure that your personal information is protected from un-authorised access, loss or alteration.
We also guarantee that information gathered is not passed on to a third party and all personal information is destroyed when no longer needed.
How is your personal information used?
Personal information is used so we can direct debit the correct accounts for sponsorship and for payments when boarding pets at Jirrahlinga.

If you need to update your information (eg. Change of address) please contact Jirrahlinga in person so the changes can be made.
Proof of identity will be required before any changes can be made to your personal information.
